General Sam’s Offroad Park 1.3

General Sam’s Offroad Park, situated just nine miles north of historic Huntsville, Texas, spans 706 acres of picturesque rolling piney woods. The park is characterized by six natural spring-fed creeks and features various recreational options, including sand pits, mud holes, and over 60 miles of off-road trails suitable for ATVs, trucks, Jeeps, and other off-road vehicles.

The accommodations available include cabins equipped with essential amenities such as a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, air conditioner, and heater. Each cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring two queen beds and six twin beds. It is important to note that sheets and pillows are not provided, so guests should plan accordingly. Additionally, each cabin has access to a portlet and the bathhouse located nearby, which offers full bathroom facilities including toilets, showers, and sinks.

The on-site General Store is stocked with a variety of essentials such as cold drinks, bags of ice, snacks, and camping supplies. Visitors can also find General Sam’s merchandise along with Gator Waders and parts for ATVs and SXS vehicles.
